- Diagnosis. We test the part the symptom or the error code points at, not just read the code. The $79 service call covers this.
- Written price. You approve the price for parts and labor before any work starts, and it does not change. Common parts are on the van; others come from local distributors, usually the next business day.
- Repair and warranty. Parts and labor are under warranty, and if the same fault returns within 90 days the return visit has no service-call fee.
